Some of our products, including jewelry, come with a so-called “lifetime warranty.” This warranty only applies to color fastness (PVD coating) and water resistance , and refers to the typical life of the jewelry – approximately 2 years under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by force or impact (e.g. a broken chain or broken clasp)

  • Defects from improper storage or use

  • Lost items

  • Damage from perfume, chlorine, cosmetics or harsh chemicals

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF ACCOUNTING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by any one person, household or order. Limits may include orders from the same account, card or address. When an order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that we believe appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when purchasing from our store and to promptly update your account, email address, card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You can return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt, only if the product is in its original condition, without signs of wear, without damage and in the original packaging .
Products that have been worn, tried on, or damaged will not be accepted for return .
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the shipment, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control, oversight, or involvement.
