Our policy is valid for 14 days after your order has been delivered. If 14 days have passed since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods cannot be returned.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the case and offer a repair, replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage caused by the user
Product loss
Scratches, stains or discoloration due to exposure to water, perfume or chemicals
Wear and tear from daily use
Non-returnable goods:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are provided (if applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not our fault.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refund (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Gifts:
We currently do not offer refunds if the item was a gift.
Delivery:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
